How To Request Deletion

Send an email to dandisaikarthik@gmail.com with your registered phone number and name so Intlo can identify your account.

You can also request deletion from the Intlo app under Profile, Settings & Privacy, Delete Account.

What Is Deleted

Intlo will delete or anonymize account profile information, saved delivery addresses, device notification tokens, and other personal data where it is no longer required to provide service, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with obligations, or resolve disputes.

What May Be Retained

Order, payment, transaction, refund, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, tax, support, and dispute records may be retained where legally necessary. These records are retained only as needed and are deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide Intlo services, comply with legal and accounting obligations, prevent fraud, maintain security, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized.
