Information We Collect

• Name and phone number: used to create or restore your Intlo account, verify OTP login, contact you about orders, and support your requests.
• Delivery addresses and location: used to check serviceability, show nearby stores and restaurants, calculate delivery fees, assign delivery, and deliver orders to the correct address.
• Food and grocery orders: used to place orders, prepare items, coordinate store and delivery workflows, provide support, keep order history, and resolve disputes.
• Transaction records: used to record order amounts, payment method, payment status, refunds where applicable, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
• Manual UPI reference number and optional payment screenshot: used only to help Intlo admins verify manual UPI payments. Intlo does not collect or store UPI PINs.
• Device identifiers and FCM notification token: used to send order updates, account alerts, and support notifications to the correct device.
• App diagnostics, Crashlytics and analytics: used to understand app reliability, diagnose crashes, improve performance, and measure important product events without intentionally logging OTPs, UPI PINs, precise GPS coordinates, addresses, or full phone numbers in analytics events.
• Camera and photo access: used only when you choose to upload an image, such as an optional payment screenshot or profile related image. Intlo does not access photos unless you choose that action and grant permission.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide account access, OTP login, ordering, payment verification, delivery, notifications, customer support, security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and compliance with legal and accounting obligations.

Service Providers

• Supabase: authentication, sessions, database, storage, realtime updates, and backend Edge Functions.
• HanuOTP: SMS OTP delivery for customer phone login through the configured Supabase authentication flow.
• Firebase: Firebase Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, and Analytics for notifications, crash reporting, and app diagnostics.
• OpenStreetMap map tiles and Android location services: maps, address selection, delivery tracking, and location permission flows. The inspected customer app code does not currently load the Google Maps Flutter SDK.

Payments

Food orders require UPI payment. Grocery orders may support UPI or Cash on Delivery depending on Intlo settings and account eligibility. For manual UPI payments, you may submit a UTR or reference number and may optionally upload a payment screenshot for admin verification. Intlo does not collect or store UPI PINs.

Security

We use access controls, server-side validation, encrypted transport, protected backend functions, and limited administrative access to help protect customer information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we continue improving safeguards as the service grows.

Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide Intlo services, comply with legal and accounting obligations, prevent fraud, maintain security, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized.

Account And Data Deletion

You can request account and data deletion from the Intlo app under Profile, Settings & Privacy, Delete Account, or from the public Delete Account page.

When you request deletion, Intlo will delete or anonymize account profile information and personal delivery details where they are no longer required. Order, payment, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, tax, support, and dispute records may be retained where legally necessary or required to protect the service.
